EVENT INFORMATION

The event starts at 6pm on Saturday 11th May 2024

Please arrive by 5pm to pick up your pack and check in

Your Welcome Pack includes (for pick up at the event);

• Your event ID Passport (this will give you a 10% discount for all clothing at the event itself)
• Event Number
• Free 10YFAN T-shirt
• Whistle

NB - your ticket pack will be available for you to pick up on event day from the Registration Tent.

We require your phone number in the checkout area in case of any last minute changes (e.g. extreme weather).

You will receive automatic confirmation of purchase, followed by a welcome email within 14 days . Please be on the lookout for this and review carefully (Please check your Spam folder as well just in case).

CANCELLATION POLICY

**** FROM 01/05/2020 - PAYMENTS FOR REGISTRATIONS ARE TAKEN THROUGH STRIPE (3rd PARTY) WHO HAVE ADVISED THAT THEIR CHARGES WILL BE KEPT AND AS SUCH ANY REFUNDS WILL BE SUBJECT TO A SMALL ADMINISTRATION CHARGE WHEN MONIES ARE REFUNDED (APPROX 0.50ppp) ****
