10YFAN EVENT REGISTRATION

EVENT INFORMATION

• The challenge is to climb Pen Y Fan 10 times in 24 hours BUT you don't have to do the full 10 climbs, it's a fun event and your safety is the most important thing!
• We ask that everyone TRY and raise £200 for charity. Please try and support this as 10YFAN is and always has been a fundraising event. You will be surprised by how much can be raised when people see what you are going to put your body through!

The event starts at 6pm on Saturday 9th May 2026.

Please arrive by 5pm to pick up your pack and check in. If you are driving then we will also take your registration number and where you are parked.

Your Welcome Pack includes (for pick up at the event);

• Your event ID Passport (this will give you a 10% discount for all clothing at the event itself)
• Event Number
• Free 10YFAN T-shirt
• Whistle

NB - your ticket pack will be available for you to pick up on event day from the Registration Tent.

We require your phone number in the checkout area in case of any last minute changes (e.g. extreme weather).

You will receive automatic confirmation of purchase, followed by a welcome email within 21 days . Please be on the lookout for this and review carefully (Please check your Spam folder as well just in case).

CANCELLATION POLICY
