IMPORTANT PARTICIPANT ADVICE

This is an extreme endurance event designed to test both your physical and mental resilience. Over the course of up to 24 hours, participants may cover distances of up to 40 miles across uneven and challenging terrain, including significant hill climbs and descents.

The prolonged duration, varied terrain and unpredictable conditions can place considerable physical and mental demands on your body. Participants should carefully consider their fitness, health, previous endurance experience and ability to manage prolonged exertion before taking part.

If you are not in good health, reasonably fit and adequately prepared for an extreme endurance challenge, this event may not be suitable for you. We strongly recommend that you seek appropriate medical advice if you have any concerns about your ability to participate.

OUR NOMINATED CHARITY FOR 2025 & 2026 WAS WESTERN BEACONS MRT

This is the 10th Anniversary of 10YFAN but also the 60th anniversary of the Western Beacons Mountain Rescue so this was a perfect time to celebrate both. They are a charity and rely 100% on donations.

FROM OUR YOUTUBE CHANNEL

If you’ve ever wondered what 10YFAN was all about or you’ve already taken part in one of our events, then why not click over to our very own YouTube Channel and watch some of the great films we’ve made over the last few years.

You’ll be able to see documentaries from over the years, find out what it means to be part of our volunteer team, hear from our charity partners and maybe even catch yourself looking worn out up the mountain somewhere.
